Create a workflow

Set up an approval workflow on any RockifyERP document, such as purchase orders or leave applications.

How to do it in RockifyERP

  1. Search for Workflow and click + Add.
  2. Choose the document type.
  3. Add the states with the role allowed to edit in each.
  4. Add transitions: from state, action, to state, and the role allowed.
  5. Tick Is Active and save.

Tip: Test with a non-admin user before switching it on for everyone.
