Copy and paste rows from Excel
You can paste many rows from Excel straight into a table in RockifyERP, such as the items on a quotation or purchase order.
How to do it in RockifyERP
- In Excel, arrange the columns in the same order as the table in RockifyERP, for example Item Code, Quantity, Rate.
- Copy the rows (without headings).
- In RockifyERP, click the first cell of the table and press Ctrl + V.
- RockifyERP adds a row for each line and fills in the item details.
Tip: For very long lists, use the table’s Upload button with a CSV instead.
