Invoice without an item

For one-off charges in RockifyERP, such as consulting or a service fee, you can invoice without creating a stock item first.

How to do it in RockifyERP

Create a sales invoice for the customer.
In the items table, leave Item Code empty and type the Item Name and description.
Enter the quantity, rate and the income account.
Save and Submit.

Tip: If you charge the same thing often, create a non-stock service item so reports group it properly.
