Supplier quotations
Record each supplier’s prices as a supplier quotation in RockifyERP and compare them side by side.
How to do it in RockifyERP
- Open the RFQ and click Create › Supplier Quotation for each supplier, or create them directly.
- Enter their rates, delivery times and validity.
- Save and Submit.
- Use the Supplier Quotation Comparison report to choose the best offer, then create the purchase order.
Tip: Compare total landed cost, not just unit price, for imports.
