Run a quality inspection
A quality inspection in RockifyERP records whether goods passed your checks before they go into stock or out to a customer.
How to do it in RockifyERP
- Go to Stock › Quality Inspection and click + Add, or create it from a purchase receipt, delivery note or job card.
- Choose the inspection type: Incoming, Outgoing or In Process.
- Link the reference document and item, and enter the sample size.
- Record each reading, set the status to Accepted or Rejected, and Submit.
Tip: Make inspection mandatory on the item if every receipt must be checked.
