Partial deliveries

RockifyERP handles orders delivered and billed in parts. Each delivery or invoice reduces what’s pending.

How to do it in RockifyERP

  1. From the sales order, create a delivery note and adjust quantities to what’s being delivered now.
  2. Submit. The order shows the percentage delivered.
  3. Repeat for later deliveries. Invoice in parts the same way.

Tip: The Pending Sales Order report lists everything still to deliver.
