Quality feedback templates

Feedback templates in RockifyERP define the questions you ask customers or staff about quality.

How to do it in RockifyERP

  1. Search for Quality Feedback Template and click + Add.
  2. Add the parameters to rate, for example delivery time or product condition.
  3. Save.

Tip: Keep templates short so people actually complete them.
