SMS settings

Connect an SMS gateway to RockifyERP to send texts, such as order confirmations or payment reminders, to customers’ phones.

How to do it in RockifyERP

  1. Get API details from your SMS provider, such as Africa’s Talking or another local gateway.
  2. Search for SMS Settings and enter the gateway URL and parameters.
  3. Save and send a test SMS.

Tip: SMS gets read faster than email in East Africa. Use it for urgent reminders.
