The email inbox in RockifyERP shows incoming emails from connected accounts, so you can reply or create records from them.

How to do it in RockifyERP

Open the email inbox view.
Read emails and reply from RockifyERP.
Create a lead, issue or other record from an email.

Tip: Assign shared mailboxes to the right team members.
