Prepare and map your old data

How to do it in RockifyERP

1. Export customers, suppliers, items, accounts and open balances from your old system to Excel.
2. Remove duplicates, test records and anything inactive for more than two years.
3. Map each old account to an account in your RockifyERP chart of accounts.
4. Standardise names, phone formats and tax numbers.
5. Download the RockifyERP Data Import templates and copy the clean data into them.

Tip: Keep a mapping sheet of old codes to new codes. Your auditors will thank you.
