Allow over-delivery or over-billing

RockifyERP can allow deliveries or invoices to exceed the order slightly, such as for goods sold by weight.

How to do it in RockifyERP

  1. Set the allowance percentage in Stock Settings (delivery and receipt) and Accounts Settings (billing).
  2. Or set it per item.
  3. Save. Documents within the allowance are accepted.

Tip: Keep allowances small, such as 2-5%, to avoid abuse.
