Energy points in RockifyERP reward staff for helpful actions, such as closing tasks or completing documents, to encourage good habits.

How to do it in RockifyERP

  1. Turn energy points on in system settings if available.
  2. Set rules for which actions earn points.
  3. Staff see their points and a leaderboard.

Tip: Use points for recognition, not pay, to keep it fun.
