Non-stock items
Non-stock items in RockifyERP are services or consumables you buy or sell without tracking stock, such as delivery charges, consulting or stationery.
How to do it in RockifyERP
- Create the item and untick Maintain Stock.
- Set the default income or expense account.
- Use it on invoices like any other item.
Tip: Use non-stock items instead of free-text lines so reports group them correctly.
