Territories

Territories group customers by area in RockifyERP, such as Nairobi, Central Kenya, Kampala or Dar es Salaam, for reporting and sales targets.

How to do it in RockifyERP

  1. Go to Selling › Territory (tree view).
  2. Add territories under the main territory, for example Kenya › Nairobi.
  3. Set the territory on each customer.

Tip: Match territories to how your sales team is organised.
