Drop shipping

With drop shipping, your supplier delivers straight to your customer. RockifyERP links the sale and the purchase.

How to do it in RockifyERP

  1. On the sales order item, tick Supplier Delivers to Customer and choose the supplier.
  2. Submit the sales order, then click Create › Purchase Order.
  3. The purchase order uses the customer’s address for delivery.
  4. Invoice the customer and record the supplier invoice as usual.

Tip: No stock passes through your warehouse, so stock levels aren’t affected.
