Dunning and late-payment reminders
Dunning in RockifyERP sends structured reminders for overdue invoices and can add late-payment interest or fees.
How to do it in RockifyERP
- Search for Dunning Type and set up your levels, for example First Reminder and Final Notice, with the message and any fee or interest rate.
- From an overdue sales invoice, click Create › Dunning.
- Review the amounts and message, then Submit and send it to the customer.
Tip: Agree late-payment interest in your terms and conditions before charging it.
