Budget variance report

The Budget Variance report in RockifyERP compares budgeted and actual spending by cost centre and account.

How to do it in RockifyERP

  1. Go to Accounting › Reports › Budget Variance Report.
  2. Choose the fiscal year, period and cost centre.
  3. Review budget, actual and variance for each account.

Tip: Review it monthly with branch managers, not just at year end.
