Common party accounting
When a business is both your customer and your supplier, common party accounting in RockifyERP lets you net off what they owe you against what you owe them.
How to do it in RockifyERP
- Turn on Enable Common Party Accounting in Accounts Settings.
- Search for Party Link and link the customer and supplier records.
- RockifyERP now offsets the balances automatically when invoices are submitted.
Tip: Agree netting arrangements with the other business in writing before you turn this on.
