Maintenance sales orders
Maintenance sales orders in RockifyERP sell service contracts and create maintenance schedules for the visits.
How to do it in RockifyERP
- Create a sales order with Order Type = Maintenance.
- Add the maintenance service items.
- Submit, then click Create › Maintenance Schedule.
Tip: Each scheduled visit can be recorded as a maintenance visit with the technician’s notes.
