Quality actions
Quality actions in RockifyERP track corrective and preventive actions until they’re resolved.
How to do it in RockifyERP
- Search for Quality Action and click + Add, or create it from a review or non-conformance.
- Choose Corrective or Preventive, and describe the problem and the fix.
- Assign it and track it to completion.
Tip: Close actions only after checking the fix actually worked.
