URA EFRIS invoices

In Uganda, URA’s EFRIS system requires e-invoices and e-receipts. RockifyERP can be set up to send invoices to EFRIS.

What you need to know

  • When connected: each submitted invoice is fiscalised and its EFRIS details are stored on the invoice.
  • Item codes: items need the correct EFRIS commodity codes.
  • Credit notes: corrections go through EFRIS credit notes.
  • Setup: handled by the RockifyERP implementation team.

Tip: Keep EFRIS item codes on your item records so new items are ready to sell.
