Terms and conditions
Save standard terms and conditions in RockifyERP and attach them to quotations, orders and invoices automatically.
How to do it in RockifyERP
- Search for Terms and Conditions and click + Add.
- Name the template, for example Standard Sales Terms, and write the terms.
- Choose which documents it applies to, then Save.
- Select it on documents, or set it as the default in Selling Settings.
Tip: Have your lawyer review the terms once, then reuse them everywhere.
