Set up your company in RockifyERP

The company record holds your business’s legal name, country, currency, tax details and default accounts. Every transaction in RockifyERP belongs to a company.

How to do it in RockifyERP

  1. Go to Accounting › Company (or search “Company”).
  2. Open your company, or click + Add Company if you run several businesses.
  3. Check the Company Name, Abbreviation, Country and Default Currency, for example KES, UGX, TZS, RWF or USD.
  4. Enter your tax number (such as a KRA PIN or TIN) and registration details.
  5. Check the default accounts: receivable, payable, cash, bank, income and expense.
  6. Click Save.

Tip: The abbreviation appears on every account and warehouse, for example “Stores – RL”. Choose it carefully, because changing it later is a big job.
