Customer, contact and address
In RockifyERP, one customer can have many contacts and addresses, and one contact can be linked to several customers.
What you need to know
- The customer holds commercial details: group, territory, terms, tax ID.
- Contacts hold people; addresses hold places.
- Documents pick the customer’s primary contact and preferred addresses automatically.
Tip: Update a contact once and every future document uses the new details.
