Link emails to documents

Link an email in RockifyERP to a customer, order or issue so the conversation is saved where it belongs.

How to do it in RockifyERP

Open the email in RockifyERP.
Click Relink and choose the document.
The email appears in that document’s activity.

Tip: Linked emails help colleagues see the full history.
