Freeze an account

Freezing an account in RockifyERP stops new entries being posted to it, for example an old bank account you have closed.

How to do it in RockifyERP

  1. Open the account.
  2. Set Frozen to Yes.
  3. Click Save. Only users with the role set in Accounts Settings can post to it now.

Tip: To freeze all accounts up to a date, use the frozen-accounts cut-off date in Accounts Settings instead.
