Proforma invoices

A proforma invoice is a quotation formatted as an invoice, often needed for customer approvals or import permits. RockifyERP prints one from a quotation or sales order.

How to do it in RockifyERP

  1. Create a Quotation or Sales Order for the customer.
  2. Click Print and choose your proforma invoice print format.
  3. Download the PDF or email it to the customer.

Tip: A proforma doesn’t post to your accounts. Create the real sales invoice when you deliver or are paid.
