Item prices

Item prices in RockifyERP store each item’s rate in each price list, and can vary by unit, customer or date.

How to do it in RockifyERP

  1. Search for Item Price and click + Add, or open the item and add prices.
  2. Choose the price list, item, UOM and rate.
  3. Optionally set a customer or supplier and valid-from dates.
  4. Save, or import many prices with Data Import.

Tip: Use valid-from dates for planned price increases so they start automatically.
