Serial and batch bundles

In RockifyERP, the serial and batch details for each transaction line are stored together in a serial and batch bundle.

What you need to know

  • When you enter serials or batches on a line, RockifyERP creates the bundle for you.
  • One line can include several batches or many serial numbers.
  • Open the bundle from the line to review or correct entries before submitting.

Tip: Use the inline editor for quick entry of a few serials; use the bundle for many.
