Record a share transfer

Share transfers in RockifyERP record new shares issued, shares bought back, or shares moved between owners.

How to do it in RockifyERP

  1. Search for Share Transfer and click + Add.
  2. Choose the type: Issue, Purchase or Transfer.
  3. Choose the shareholders, share type, number of shares and rate.
  4. Save and Submit. RockifyERP can post the capital entry too.

Tip: Attach the board resolution or transfer form to the record.
