Auto email reports

Auto email reports in RockifyERP send a report to people on a schedule, such as the receivable summary every Monday.

How to do it in RockifyERP

  1. Open the report and set the filters.
  2. Open the ⋯ menu and choose Setup Auto Email.
  3. Choose the frequency, recipients and format, then save.

Tip: Schedule reports for when people actually read email, such as early morning.
