Stop rate changes during the sales cycle
RockifyERP can keep the rate agreed on the quotation or sales order through to the invoice, so staff can’t change it later.
How to do it in RockifyERP
- Open Selling Settings.
- Tick Maintain Same Rate Throughout Sales Cycle.
- Save. Rates on orders, deliveries and invoices must match the original.
Tip: Combine this with discount limits so prices are controlled from quotation to invoice.
