Import accounting masters

Masters are the records your transactions depend on. Import them into RockifyERP in this order so every link resolves.

What you need to know

1. Chart of accounts, using the Chart of Accounts Importer.
2. Cost centres and accounting dimensions.
3. Customer groups, supplier groups and territories.
4. Customers and suppliers, with tax numbers and payment terms.
5. Item groups, units of measure, then items.
6. Warehouses.
7. Employees, if you use HR and payroll.

Tip: Import a handful of records first, check them in RockifyERP, then import the rest.
