Stock and accounts out of sync

If RockifyERP shows a mismatch between stock value and the stock account, entries have been posted to the stock account outside stock transactions.

What you need to know

  • Look for journal entries posted directly to stock accounts and reverse them.
  • Run Repost Item Valuation for affected items.
  • Compare again with the Stock and Account Value Comparison report.

Tip: Lock stock accounts so only stock transactions can post to them.
