Loyalty programmes

Loyalty programmes in RockifyERP reward customers with points they can redeem on future purchases.

How to do it in RockifyERP

  1. Search for Loyalty Program and click + Add.
  2. Set how many points are earned per amount spent and the redemption value of a point.
  3. Add tiers if you want, and set the expiry period.
  4. Link the programme to customers. Points are earned on invoices and redeemed at checkout or in POS.

Tip: Explain the programme clearly at the till. Customers value it more when they understand it.
