Naming series
Naming series in RockifyERP control how documents are numbered, such as SINV-2026-00001.
How to do it in RockifyERP
- Search for Document Naming Settings.
- Choose the document type and edit its series, using .YYYY. for year and .##### for the number.
- Save. New documents follow the series.
Tip: Use a different series per branch if each branch needs its own invoice numbers.
