Budgets
Budgets in RockifyERP set spending limits by account and cost centre, and can warn or stop users who exceed them.
How to do it in RockifyERP
- Search for Budget and click + Add.
- Choose the cost centre (or project) and fiscal year.
- Add the accounts with their annual budget amounts.
- Set the action when the budget is exceeded: Stop, Warn or Ignore, for orders and actual spend.
- Save and Submit.
Tip: Use a monthly distribution if spending is seasonal, so warnings come at the right time.
