Your RockifyERP project champion

Every successful RockifyERP rollout has a project champion: one person inside your business who owns the project.

What you need to know

  • Who it should be: someone senior enough to make decisions and respected by every department, often an operations or finance manager.
  • What they do: collect requirements, sign off the setup, make sure data is clean before import, and keep the team using RockifyERP after go-live.
  • Working with Rocklink Web Services: the champion is the main contact for the RockifyERP implementation team.

Tip: Give the champion time in their week for the project. RockifyERP projects stall when the champion is too busy.
