Customer groups
Customer groups classify customers in RockifyERP, such as Wholesale, Retail, Government or Export, and can carry default price lists and payment terms.
How to do it in RockifyERP
- Go to Selling › Customer Group (tree view).
- Add groups under All Customer Groups.
- Set a default price list and payment terms on each group if needed.
- Choose the group on each customer.
Tip: Group defaults save time: new wholesale customers automatically get the wholesale price list.
