Appraisals in RockifyERP record performance reviews against goals and key result areas.

How to do it in RockifyERP

  1. Set up an appraisal template with goals and weights.
  2. Create an appraisal cycle for the period.
  3. Employees and managers complete self and manager ratings.
  4. Submit the final appraisal.

Tip: Agree goals at the start of the cycle so reviews are fair.
