Send statements of account

RockifyERP can email customers a statement of their account on a schedule, so they always know what they owe.

How to do it in RockifyERP

  1. Search for Process Statement Of Accounts and click + Add.
  2. Choose the company, the period and the customers (or a customer group).
  3. Choose the email template and whether to include ageing.
  4. Set a frequency, for example monthly, or send now.
  5. Save. RockifyERP emails each customer a PDF statement.

Tip: Check customers have a billing contact with an email address before the first run.
