Sales orders
A sales order in RockifyERP confirms what the customer has agreed to buy, reserves the commitment and drives delivery and billing.
How to do it in RockifyERP
- Open the submitted quotation and click Create › Sales Order, or create one directly.
- Check the Delivery Date and the customer’s PO number.
- Choose the warehouse for each item.
- Save and Submit.
- Create the delivery note and sales invoice from the order when ready.
Tip: The sales order shows percentages delivered and billed, so it’s the best place to track progress.
