Statutory deductions

RockifyERP calculates income tax and statutory contributions as set up for your country, so payslips are compliant.

What you need to know

  • Kenya: PAYE, NSSF, SHIF and the Affordable Housing Levy.
  • Uganda: PAYE and NSSF.
  • Tanzania: PAYE, NSSF and SDL (employer).
  • Rwanda: PAYE and RSSB contributions.
  • Tax bands and rates are set as salary components and income tax slabs.

Tip: Rates change. Confirm current rates with your tax adviser and ask the RockifyERP team to update the setup when laws change.
