Pricing rules
Pricing rules apply discounts or special prices automatically in RockifyERP, based on customer, item, quantity or dates.
How to do it in RockifyERP
- Go to Selling › Pricing Rule and click + Add.
- Choose what it applies to: item, item group or brand.
- Set the conditions: customer, customer group, territory, minimum quantity, dates.
- Choose the discount (percentage or amount) or a fixed rate.
- Save. Matching documents apply it automatically.
Tip: Set a priority if two rules could apply, so the right one wins.
