Close a sales order

Close a sales order in RockifyERP when the rest of it will never be delivered or billed, so it stops showing as pending.

How to do it in RockifyERP

  1. Open the submitted sales order.
  2. Click Status › Close.
  3. The remaining quantities no longer show as pending in reports.

Tip: Use Re-open if the customer changes their mind.
