Assign issues automatically
Assignment rules in RockifyERP share new issues among your support team automatically.
How to do it in RockifyERP
- Search for Assignment Rule and click + Add.
- Choose Issue as the document type and set conditions, such as issue type.
- Choose the users and the method: round robin or load balancing.
- Save.
Tip: Load balancing gives new issues to whoever has the fewest open.
