Item alternatives
Item alternatives in RockifyERP let you substitute one item for another, such as an equivalent spare part or raw material.
How to do it in RockifyERP
- Tick Allow Alternative Item on the item.
- Search for Item Alternative and link the item to its alternative.
- In work orders and other documents, choose the alternative when the main item is out of stock.
Tip: Only add alternatives that are truly interchangeable.
