Register an asset
An asset record in RockifyERP holds the cost, location, custodian and depreciation schedule of one asset.
How to do it in RockifyERP
- Go to Assets › Asset and click + Add, or open the one created from the purchase.
- Set the asset name, location and custodian.
- Enter the purchase date, cost and available-for-use date.
- Tick Calculate Depreciation and check the schedule.
- Submit.
Tip: For existing assets, tick Is Existing Asset and enter accumulated depreciation to date.
