Selling settings

Selling Settings control how sales documents behave across RockifyERP, such as whether a sales order is required before invoicing.

How to do it in RockifyERP

  1. Search for Selling Settings.
  2. Choose defaults such as customer naming, default price list and customer group.
  3. Decide whether a sales order and delivery note are required before an invoice.
  4. Choose whether selling below cost or changing rates is allowed, then Save.

Tip: Requiring a sales order before invoicing gives better control in larger teams.
