Check the migration

Before you go live, prove that RockifyERP matches your old books.

How to do it in RockifyERP

  1. Run the Trial Balance in RockifyERP as at the day before go-live and compare it line by line with the old system.
  2. Run Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable and compare totals per customer and supplier.
  3. Run Stock Balance and compare quantities and values per warehouse.
  4. Confirm the Temporary Opening account is zero.
  5. Fix differences with corrections dated before go-live, then sign off.

Tip: Ask your accountant to sign the comparison. It becomes part of your audit file.
